Encounters with art

In October 2025, as part of the “Open Studios” organised by the Kunstkreis Gräfelfing, I opened my private working and exhibition rooms to visitors interested in art.

The response was overwhelming. The exceptionally large number of guests, their lively interest and above all the many intense and stimulating conversations made these days a special experience for me.

The “Open Studios” offer the rare opportunity to experience art where it is made: in the artist’s personal working environment. Besides the finished works, working methods, creative processes and artistic decisions become topics of conversation. It is precisely this direct exchange that opens up new perspectives – for the audience as much as for me. Once again it became clear that art lives not only from being looked at, but just as much from dialogue and personal encounter.

My warm thanks go to the Kunstkreis Gräfelfing and in particular to all the organisers who made this event possible with great commitment. I also thank the many visitors for their openness, their interest and the inspiring conversations.
