POOL POSITIONS – Art in the Old Swimming Pool

The former swimming pool of the Lochham primary school becomes an extraordinary exhibition venue: 30 artists explore water, the swimming pool as a social place, and its memories. The building, which is due to be demolished in the near future, provides a very special setting.

Showers, changing cubicles, lockers, stairs and corridors become exhibition spaces. Some of my watercolours can be seen in one of the orange changing cubicles. Art opens up new views of these familiar spaces.
